Days Two, Three and Four

We've been having a great time with Tim and Kae this weekend.  Thursday, we just hung out at home, and  then we went for Chilli crab at the east coast parkway seafood center.  It was all kinds of yummy.  We went to Chinatown on friday, and we rode the mrt, had Dim Sum at Dimjoy, and then came back for  a little rest.  When Larry got home, we went for indonesian food then to the fish spa...here is a video of Tim and Larry enjoying the experience.
On Saturday, we went to Macritchie park to do the tree top walk.  We took the long trail thinking it would be no big deal...we were WRONG!! It turned out to be around 6.5 miles (it felt like 2000) and well...me being in my best physical shape...I was a whiney mess by the end.  Thankfully we missed the rain though, and came back for a nice healthy meal of stirfry veggies, a little beef, and some rice.  Tim as been trying to master chopsticks, and is really coming along at it.  Kae taught me how to make her famous potato pancakes this morning, and after Tim ate 40 of them, we spent the afternoon at the pool.  We went for pho for dinner, then rode the Singapore Flier....it was a hoot...I wasn't expecting much, but I loved it!

We've been having a blast...more soon!

Loved it, thanks for the fun video. Seems like the little fishes loved Larry's feet more than Tim's. Did Aunt Kae try putting her feet in? Kae does make the world's best potato pancakes. Keep posting those great pictures and video's. Have fun,

Love,
Mom

Hi Mommy,

Aunt Mary took us to the dog park Friday night and we had a ton of fun! We ran around in the dark with three really big dogs. We went on Saturday morning and saw how giant the other dogs are. OMG I had to hide behind a tree and Syd stood on top of a park bench a barked at the top of his lungs. Aunt Mary says we will only be able to go when it is dark outside.

Your sensitive, but not too strong dog,
Will

Hey Mom,

Aunt Mary tried to get us to eat that icky Heartworm medicine, but we said no. Aunt Mary said we could have an extra meatball if we ate the medicine. We thought it over and decided to go for the bonus ball.

Your very clever dog,
Syd Barkalotta

I think I remember telling you to go on the 'short walk'... you shoulda listened! Now you know I wasn't joking! Didja get to see the monkeys?

The 'dragon's' (monitors) are at the Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve - bazzillions of them, as were mud skippers, horse shoe crabs, otters... bunches of cool stuff.

All casual relaxing flat lands, no stairs, easy walk. If you go, take lots of water (we froze some)and know a taxi will take you but will not pick you up. Ride bus outside main entrance to MRT for taxi back. roflmao!

Glad you are having a blast.
